Ankle Yin Yoga pose
Mechanic: Ankle compression at the back - tension at the front
Energetic: Mainly help with Stomach and Spleen Channels, Earth Element.
Mind/Emotions: Enhance focus, balance and control.
Ifthere is an ankle injury, or if the compression is too great, proceed with caution. Do not perform in case of inflammation.
Help & Props
The difficult part is to find your balance in this pose, you can get great help by keeping your hands on the floors at first or using blocks if your hands do not reach the floor. Then slowly release your hands once balance is reached.

Gently release the knees back on the floor, relax in child pose if needed.
