Yin Yoga Teacher Training FAQ
I am a beginner, can I still take part of your Yin Yoga training?
Our training is designed for teachers and dedicated practitioners with at least 2 years of yoga experience. Prior experience in Yin Yoga is not required, but you need a keen interest in the following subjects: Anatomy, Qi Theory, Philosophy and Meditation. We will also introduce the participants to some Yang Taoist movements. You do not have to become or be a Yoga teacher to follow our training but a spirit to learn and a dedication to deepen your practice are required. Our Yin Yoga Teacher Training overlaps Yogic, Taoist and Buddhist concepts to contemplate and interpret the essential messages of those different traditions.
Can I do Yin Yoga while pregnant?
Every Pregnancy is different, it is always a good idea to consult a medical practitioner before attempting any exercise and particularly yoga, to ensure that you do not injure yourself. This is particularly important if you are pregnant. Yin Yoga is very gentle on the body, but your intention plays an important role in your practice, the idea is to not go further into the pose that you body allows. Yin Yoga will give you space to reconnect within to attune to the important changes taking place during pregnancy. If you need further guidance, please send us an email.
I have a medical Problem, can i still do the Teacher Training?
If you have medical issues you are not sure about, consult your doctor. We do not recommend that you attempt any yoga practice without suitable experience and supervision. Please consult a medical practitioner to ensure that the practice is suitable for you. This is particularly important if you are pregnant, nursing, regularly taking medications, or have any existing medical conditions.

There will be plenty of breaks to check your phone if needed.
