50 hours Qi Gong & Nei Gong KEY CONCEPTS

Qi Gong literally means “Energy/Breath Work” which includes all the traditional Asian methods to harmonize the Life Force (Qi) and maintain health. Qi Gong works first on the outer meridians and through it affects the energy of the center, as in acupuncture. It uses the movements/postures/breathing as a vehicle to move the Qi, activating the energy lines of the body (meridians) simultaneously.

At higher stages one can affect the Spirit (Shen) to enter true stillness and merge with the Dao. This where Qi Gong bridges with Internal Alchemy (Nei Dan).

Soft tissues & inner relaxation training (Jin & Song)

This module aims at clearing the main pathways of Qi (meridians but we have a broader view as we include the concept of Mo – membranes into it) & mobilize blood/fluids in the body. Then we will introduce different postures to learn how to store Qi in different locations in the body.

Part of this module is to dissolve blockages by practicing Daoist meditation(standing posture). This the first stage of the Song state or dynamic relaxation.

Practice

Yi Jin Jing or Sinew & Muscles Transformation includes both static & dynamic practices (postures & tendons/fascias training).
