Immerse yourself in the practice of Yin Yoga and classical Chinese medicine.
We're delighted to be returning to South Korea and reconnecting with the Seoul yoga scene. Our friend Kang Yul introduced us to Sally, owner of Saebyul Yoga Studio to present our Yin Yoga & TCM-Taoism module. We introduced this module in 2012 and have gradually developed its programme, notably with the practice of Qi Gong and more in-depth studies on the relationship with classical Chinese medicine.
Our Yin Yoga Teacher Training Module 2 is a natural development of our previous module. We move from the structural body to the energetic anatomy according to Classical Chinese Medicine. We use the network of meridians to understand the flow of our Qi / Prana in our three bodies: physical, emotional and mental. This module is infused with Taoist philosophy. Skilfully combining the 2 traditions of Yoga and Taoism. The practice of Yin Yoga combined with Classical Chinese Medicine offers a unique experience of learning a health system and a methodology enabling the practitioner to regulate their vital force called Qi or Prana. This training module goes back to the roots of Yin Yoga.
